# Amazon links keep their tracking codes

Amazon product links now keep Amazon's own tracking codes, the same ones Amazon's link builder adds, and the Search Amazon buttons carry Amazon's search code. Amazon can see which store a click came from; the redirect used to hide it.

Every Buy button, offer row and Search button now goes through a quick redirect on your own domain. A visitor who loaded your page passes straight to the retailer. A click that did not come from your page lands on a short Continue page, which a person passes and a crawler does not. Nothing to do on your side.
