# Free address forwards after a move

When you move a store to your own domain, its old free FreshStore address now forwards visitors to the new one for six months. Visitors land on the page they asked for, so old links and search results keep working. You can extend the forwarding from the store's Domain page. We also email you before the forwarding ends.
