# Improvements and fixes

**Improved**

- Guides now opens with a search box above the categories, so you can find a guide before you browse. Empty results point you to Ask Fresh.
- Site Overview and Stats load every section with the page, behind a placeholder, instead of when you scroll to it.
- Help > Tickets opens faster and fetches new replies just after the page appears.
- If you used the old account menu, you see one short note that says where each item moved.

**Fixed**

- Fixed: a hero video now opens on a frame of the video itself, never on the template stock photo, including on phones and before the video starts.
