No. The merchant ships the order and handles refunds, returns, disputes, complaints, faulty products, warranties and the sales tax. When a visitor buys through your store, the commission is yours.

No. You never buy stock. Visitors buy from the merchant, such as Amazon, and the merchant pays you a commission on the sale.

Each affiliate programme pays you directly, by bank transfer or its own methods, such as Amazon gift cards. Each programme sets the countries it pays to, so check its terms when you join.

We can’t promise any earnings. What we promise is the part we control: every store goes live filled with products, and every page is sent to Google and Bing. Google and Bing decide what they index and rank, and visitors take time and your own work: adding pages, sharing them and growing the stores that do well. Your dashboard shows visitors, indexing and estimated commissions for each store, so you can see which ones to grow. The Earnings Disclaimer at the foot of this page has the full picture.

One, and we name it plainly. You can add your own CSS and scripts, add custom products, publish through the FreshStore API and change a wide range of settings, and our updates keep running underneath without touching what you add. What you can’t do is edit the code itself, the way you can on WordPress. That is the trade: no plugins to update, nothing to patch, and no update that can break your store. The features page lists everything you can do.

There is no limit to the number of products or categories you can add to your stores. You can add as many as you like and there are no extra charges for large stores. In our training guides and videos we recommend you start with a few products, but the choice is yours.

Yes, with the custom products feature you can add any product to your store. This is great for other affiliate products and your own products.

Yes, with the Reseller License. It is a paid add-on inside your account: $297 to set up and $30 a year to keep it active, and it lets you sell any store you build, on Flippa or to your own buyers, and keep the whole sale price. It comes with the reseller training, the pre-sale and post-sale checklists, the auction listing template and the message swipes, and our team hands the store over to your buyer for you. Yes. You can add store licenses from your account at any time, and move to a bigger plan as your portfolio grows.

Yes. Point a subdomain or a whole domain at FreshStore and use it for any of your stores.

We give you free use of our vanity domains (e.g. premiumweb.store) so you can create stores as a subdomain (e.g. https://your-store-name.premiumweb.store) without having to purchase any domains.

No. Every store runs on Google Cloud behind a global CDN, and we look after the servers, SSL certificates and security updates for you.

To build and run your stores, no. Hosting, SSL, the CDN, security updates, product data, daily price updates, the built-in AI and a starter web address on one of our domains are in every plan. Your own domain names are optional. Visitors are the part you grow: search engines send them over time, and you can add social media, email or ads on top if you choose.

Yes. We have built stores for these programmes since 2010, and FreshStore is designed to their rules: for example, product prices are refreshed every day. Each programme’s own terms also apply to you as the affiliate, so read them when you join.

Yes. Every store uses standard SEO: a search title and description on every page, internal links, rich snippets on products and sitemaps, and every new page is sent to Google and Bing as it publishes. Google decides what it indexes and how it ranks, so no platform can promise rankings.

AI Chips pay for the built-in AI, which writes your articles, categories and meta tags. There is no ChatGPT account or API key to set up. Every plan adds 1.5 million AI Chips a month for each store it includes, and you can buy more inside your account. 100,000 AI Chips writes about 35 full articles.

Yes, you can use FreshStore on any device with a modern web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.

Yes. We back up your stores and account data automatically, and we look after the servers and security updates.
