Category Populators run on time and show stats

Category Populators now run on a steadier schedule for each store, so new products arrive when you expect them.

Each populator also shows how many products it has added, when it last ran, and an activity log of its recent runs. You can see at a glance which populators are working well and which need a new keyword or merchant.
