Keep Custom Prices Fresh

Custom offers can now keep their prices up to date by themselves. Turn on Keep Custom Prices Fresh in Store > Settings > Offers, and FreshStore reads the price from each custom offer's shop page and updates the offer when it changes.

It only touches custom offers. If a shop page cannot be read, the offer keeps its last price and is tried again later.
