Improvements and fixes
Improved
-
Rows per page now sticks. Pick how many rows a list shows once, and every list in your account and your store admin remembers it. 100 rows is now a choice.
-
Product Tags: shoppers can now reach tags from product pages, "See all" links, Shop by menus, a Shop by tag page and a new Shop by tag page section.
-
Product Tags: a new Build tags with AI button suggests tag groups and tags from your catalogue for you to approve.
-
The account dashboard opens faster after your stores sync.
-
Product Finder opens faster when you come back to it after a day or more away.
-
AI-written product copy now follows your store language more reliably.
-
Cart page Buy and Checkout buttons now go through your store's own click redirect, like every other Buy button, so cart clicks are checked for bots and show their retailer in click stats.
-
Ask Fresh and your store review now quote estimated earnings separately for each currency your visitors clicked in.
-
Your rating now takes one decimal place, like 4.3, and your store shows the exact score beside the stars on product cards, rows and embeds.
-
Import Articles and the Store API now copy the images in your articles to your store, and the first large image becomes the article listing and social image.
-
The product CSV import now needs only a title. Rows without a link import as hidden products with no offer, and new brand, mpn, ean, upc, isbn and gtin columns fill product identifiers.
-
Store Health has a new Hidden items section. It lists every hidden product, category, brand and article, so you can switch it on, edit it or delete it in one place.
-
Early Access: Accelerator members now get a guide link for each early access feature on the Early Access page.
Fixed
- When domain registration is briefly paused, the domain form now says so instead of asking you to try another name.
- The Search Console welcome email now explains robots.txt notices and the Merchant listings and Shopping tab emails.
- Product pages no longer point Google at brand pages you have switched off, which removes a source of Not found and Page with redirect warnings in Search Console.
- Product cards and pages now show the price of an in-stock offer, instead of a cheaper one that is sold out.
- Product pages now describe prices the way Google expects for pages that compare retailers, which stops the Merchant listings warnings in Search Console.
- Estimated earnings, the weekly email, sales and activity charts, top products and the store list now show a separate total for each currency your visitors clicked in, instead of adding them up as one.
- Store Admin pages run fewer database reads for the left menu, so they open a little faster.
- A plan change that leaves you over your store limit now shows the store warning before you add a payment method.
- A product tag you remove now stays removed, even one you added yourself that a tag rule also matches.
- The Review Writer now tells you to try another product when Amazon cannot give details for one, instead of suggesting a retry in a few minutes.
- In the store admin, the folded sidebar now lines up every section icon in one straight column.
- Product Tags: deleting a hidden tag group no longer makes its tags appear as filters. Move or delete its tags first.
- Country versions of a site in another language now translate Product Tag group headings along with the tags.
- The Store Importer now runs CSV imports in the background and tells you when they finish, so large files no longer fail after 30 seconds.
- New categories, brands and articles start switched on and in your menu and sitemaps again, and New subcategory picks its parent for you.
- Product Finder now finds an Amazon product from its ASIN or a pasted Amazon product link, including listings that Amazon search leaves out.
- Stores whose IndexNow notifications search engines kept refusing now get a fresh key automatically, so new and changed pages are noticed again.
- When Bing is busy, your store's page updates now wait their turn and keep trying for up to two days instead of being lost.
