You can now add Amazon products to a store without opening its admin. On the store's page in your account, paste up to 25 Amazon links or product codes and they are imported into that store. It is the quickest way to add a handful of products when you are already in your account.
Each store page in your account now opens on a few clear pages (Overview, Launch plan, Stats, Search, Boost, Domain and Settings) instead of 23 tabs. A health list shows what needs attention, settings are searchable, and a store switcher jumps straight to your other stores.
If you run two or more stores, a new Table view lists them all with their tags, estimated earnings, Google and Bing figures and health. Select several stores to change settings, merchants or connections in one go. You see a preview before anything changes, and you can undo a bulk change for 7 days.
You can now open and follow support tickets in your account under Resources > Tickets. Every conversation with our team is in one list, newest first. You get a notification when we reply, and unread tickets show a badge. You can still contact us the usual way too.
The Upgrades page in your account is now one hub for every add on, so you can see everything you can add to your stores in one place. The expert store review now has its own page, where you can see what it covers and order one.
AI Chips now has two clear parts in your account. Your chips shows your balance and how you have used it. Buy AI Chips is a separate shop with clearer packs, so it is quicker to see which pack fits and top up when you need more.
The FreshStore credit in your store footer now carries your own referral link by default, so a visitor who joins FreshStore through your store counts as your referral. The link is added however your footer credit is worded. It turns every store you run into a quiet, always on referral link with nothing to set up.
Every plan now includes three times the monthly AI Chips for each store licence. That means more products, articles, images and AI edits each month before you need a top up, with nothing to change on your side. AI Chip packs were also refreshed to match.
Once you finish a store's launch plan, it now hands over to Recommendations: a short ranked list of what will help that store most. The same list shows on your store admin dashboard, and the Actions list in your account is now called Recommendations too.
You can now get the FreshStore reseller licence straight from your account. The reseller licence lets you build stores for clients. The reseller area was also rebuilt, so everything you need to run stores for clients sits in one place in your account.
Anyone can now join the FreshStore affiliate programme from a self serve signup page, without buying a FreshStore plan first. Sign up, get your referral link and start sharing it. Members find their referral tools in the account under Boost > Referrals.
Each store now has its own page in your account, with tabs for its dashboard, launch plan, stats, sales, social and search. Charts show visitors, clicks and messages over any date range you choose, so you can see how one store is doing without opening its admin.
Every store now gets a step by step launch plan in your account, from setting it up through connecting Google and Bing to sharing it. Steps tick themselves off as you do them, and if a store stalls, a reminder email points you to the next step.
Your stores list now shows each store as a card with a live screenshot, its status and the last 30 days of visitors, clicks and estimated earnings. Search and sort the list, or switch to a compact view when you run many stores, so you can see at a glance which stores earn and which need attention.
Every member now uses the rebuilt account area at my.freshstore.com. Your login, stores and billing are unchanged; the tools around them are new, and old links take you to the right place.
What is new:
Dashboard: your totals across every store and one next action to take.
Store cards: a live screenshot of each store with its visitors, clicks and estimated earnings.
Store pages: stats, sales, launch plan and search for each store in one place.
Actions: one ranked list of fixes across all your stores.
AI store builder: pick a niche and AI builds the whole store.
Domains: AI name ideas, faster search and your own DNS records.
Google and Bing: connect both in a few clicks and see your search figures.
Billing: plan, payment methods and invoices on one page.
Guides: the full library and the Profit Playbook, with search.
Notifications: a bell for finished builds and milestones, and sign in with an email link.
Every help guide now lives inside your account under Resources > Guides, with search, so you no longer jump out to a separate site. The Profit Playbook is there too, as an ordered course that takes you from your first store to steady earnings.
A step by step walkthrough now helps you join Amazon Associates and the eBay Partner Network. Once you have your tracking IDs, set them once in your account and every store uses them. A store that needs its own ID can still have one, and it overrides the account setting for that store.
Your account dashboard now opens on what matters. It shows your totals across every store (stores, visitors and estimated earnings) and one next action, with the button to do it right there. Recent updates and wins from your stores sit underneath.
You can now connect Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to your stores in a few clicks from your account. FreshStore verifies each store and submits its sitemap for you, then shows its indexed pages, clicks and impressions on the store's Search tab. Connecting Bing needs a custom domain.
Billing now has its own page in your account, under Account > Billing. It shows your plan and your next charge, lets you add and manage payment methods (card, PayPal or Google Pay) and lists every invoice to download. Plan changes and pausing your account are on the same page.
You can now see what needs fixing across all your stores in one ranked list. The new Actions page in your account puts the most useful job first, such as an expired domain, a missing affiliate tag, a quiet store or low AI Chips. Each item has a button that takes you straight to the fix, and you can snooze anything you want to deal with later.
You can now order an expert review of one of your stores. The review looks at your store and tells you what to fix first, in a clear structure you can work through. It arrives in your account, and you can download it as a PDF to keep or share.
When you ask us to feature your store, you now get an answer by email and on your own page in the account area. Stores we feature appear in a hand picked latest stores gallery on the FreshStore website, so good stores get seen.
Plan changes are fairer. When you move to a smaller plan, the change now takes effect when your paid term ends, so you keep everything you paid for until then. If a payment is overdue, you can still move to a smaller plan without updating your card first. You also get a warning before you run out of store licences.
