Account menu and Settings hub

Your account menu is shorter and site-first: Sites, Domains, Billing, Settings and Upgrades, with Help at the bottom. Refer & Earn and What's new have their own rows, and the orange top bar button is called Ask Fresh again.

Settings is now one page with your profile, password, emails and notifications, affiliate networks and the defaults for new sites, plus a search box to find any setting. Your AI Chips balance always shows in the top bar, even at 0.

The Billing page shows any payment problem first, then your plan, next payment, AI Chips and add-ons, with your latest invoices at the bottom.
