You now get an email before the card saved on your FreshStore account expires. It gives you time to add a new card, so your renewal goes through and your stores keep running without a break. The email comes in good time, so there is no rush and no surprise on renewal day.

AI tools inside your store no longer stop you with an hourly limit. Write articles, fill categories and create content as fast as you like. Your AI Chips balance is now the only thing that sets how much AI work you can do.

• Fixed: eBay links in the Link Importer could hit a bot check and fail.
• Fixed: live offer updates stopped refreshing prices. The product CSV export now follows your admin list order.
• Fixed: category pages hid directly assigned products when Subcategory Products was off.
• Fixed: Start blank on the create store form kept the suggested store name.
• Fixed: some subdomain stores could stay offline after setup. They now repair themselves.
• Fixed: Create Image sometimes attached a stock photo instead of a new AI image.
• Fixed: the AI Chips remaining figure could be wrong, with a false low balance warning.
• Fixed: the announcement bar showed as a heading before the page title.
• Fixed: auto refreshed articles got wrong Updated dates. Dates are now correct, shown before Published, and in the sitemap.
• Fixed: bot blocking could catch RSS feeds, sitemaps and robots.txt, leaving feeds empty.
• Fixed: redirects between www and your root domain dropped the page a visitor asked for.

If the card check on your free trial does not go through, you now get a reminder to update your card before the trial ends. It gives you time to fix the card details, so your stores carry on without a break when your plan starts.

• Improved: stores keep serving pages if a background service has a problem, instead of going offline.
• Fixed: visitor stats on busy stores could be incomplete because the background sync timed out.
• Fixed: store login, sign up and password pages had no proper titles or descriptions, and the store name did not fill in on account page titles and llms.txt.
• Fixed: AI image prompts that the safety filter rejected still cost chips. They are now free and retried once with reworded text.
• Fixed: on some stores the per category Subcategory Products switch did not save. It now works on every store.
• Fixed: affiliate tracking links longer than 250 characters were cut short.
• Fixed: small logos looked blurry because they were stretched, and large logos could spill out of the header. Logo uploads now show the recommended size.
• Fixed: store login links stopped working after you changed your account email.
• Fixed: some domains showed the wrong registration or nameserver status.
• Fixed: Clear Cache did not refresh settings and header scripts, and could get stuck on Clearing.

Trial members now get their own dashboard. A banner shows how many trial days you have left, and a step by step launch checklist walks you from your first store to your first visitors. When your first store goes live, the dashboard celebrates it with you and points to the next step.

You can now switch plans yourself from your account. Move to a plan with more or fewer store licences, or change between monthly and yearly billing, in a few clicks. The change shows in your account straight away, with no need to contact support.

When you update your payment details in your account, you can now choose card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Pick the method that suits you and save it in a few clicks, without needing a new card to hand. Your account carries on as normal with the new payment method.

• Improved: visitors now see a short confirmation message when they add a product to the cart.
• Fixed: some stores were suspended while their subscription still had paid time left.
• Fixed: category RSS feeds listed the wrong products.
• Fixed: disabled article categories still appeared on the storefront.
• Fixed: longer Amazon tracking IDs were refused in settings.
• Fixed: PNG files would not upload as the store icon or logo.

You can now catch up on FreshStore once a month with FreshBrief, a member email with product updates, new features, tips and success stories from other store owners.

The first issue went out in August 2025. You can choose which emails you receive from the Emails page in your account area.

You can now get instant answers from the help button. Ask a question and it replies straight away using our guides, so common questions about setting up and running your store are answered in seconds, at any time of day.

If the answer does not solve it, you can reach a real person from the same window.

Every plan now includes more monthly AI Chips for each store, so you can write more products, articles and images before you need a top up. AI Chip packs were also simplified, which makes it easier to see which pack suits you when you want more.

When you add store licences to your plan, the extra monthly AI Chips that come with them now land in your account straight away. Before, they waited until your next renewal. You can start using the new chips on your new stores the moment you upgrade.

• Improved: subscription names on your account summary now link straight to the page for managing that subscription.

FreshStore now lives at freshstore.com. The website, your account area, emails, guides and short links have all moved from freshstore.app to the new address.

Old freshstore.app links forward to the right page automatically, so bookmarks and links you have shared keep working. Your store domains are not affected and need no changes. If you saved the old address to log in to your account, update your bookmark to the new one.

You can now open a page for each of your subscriptions. It shows the subscription's status and key dates, with buttons to upgrade, reactivate or see your trial options, so you can manage each plan on its own. Open it from your account area.

• Fixed: suspended stores did not always show their notice page, or come back cleanly once restored.
• Fixed: logging in to the store admin by email failed.
• Fixed: the All Products list did not page through correctly.
• Fixed: visitors could not create an account on a store.
• Fixed: searching the redirects list found nothing.
• Fixed: plan status, trial dates and amounts charged in your account area did not always match your billing.

Every store's monthly AI Chips allowance has doubled. You get twice as many chips each month for writing products, brands and articles, generating images and running the other AI tools, with nothing to change on your side. The extra chips arrive with your next monthly top up.

The AI Chips page in your account now labels each pack with its expiry date, or No Expiry, so you know which chips to use first.

If you are a FreshStore affiliate, you now get an email when a payout is sent to you. Each commission in your affiliate dashboard is also linked to the payout that paid it, so you can match every payment to the referrals behind it.

The account area header now has a More menu for the pages you use less often, a clear My Account button, and a better menu on mobile, so it is easier to find your way around your account.

You can now suggest features and vote on what gets built next. The new public roadmap site lets you post an idea, vote for ideas from other members, and read replies from the FreshStore team as ideas are planned and completed. The most wanted ideas are easy to see at the top.

You can now fix a failed payment yourself. If your card or PayPal payment fails, or your card expires, a banner on your dashboard tells you, and the new Update Payment Details page lets you change your payment method in a couple of steps so your stores keep running.

If you refer people to FreshStore as an affiliate, your affiliate dashboard now tracks payouts. Your paid, unpaid and eligible commission totals are worked out from your payout history, so the numbers you see are accurate. Commissions on refunded orders are left out of your totals, and your affiliate tag can now be longer.

You can now pick the plan tier that fits how many stores you run. The upgrade page lists each tier with its store licences, so you can start a plan or move your existing plan to another tier as your business grows, without contacting support.

You can now see exactly where your free trial stands. If you are on a free trial, a new page in your account area shows how many days are left and the date your trial ends. It also lets you switch to yearly billing before your first payment is taken, if you would rather pay once a year.

You can now restart a plan that has ended, straight from your account area. If your subscription has lapsed, a banner on your dashboard points you to the restart option, and one click brings your plan back so you can carry on with your stores.
