You can now see your whole FreshStore account on one page. The new Account Summary page lists your plans and their status, the benefits that come with your account, and stats such as how many stores are live, how many custom domains you have connected and how many AI Chips you have used. Open it from your account area to check everything at a glance.

• Improved: changing your password asks for your current password, and for the new one twice.

A new Emails page in your account lets you choose whether you receive update emails from FreshStore. You can also send yourself a test email, to check that our messages reach your inbox and do not land in your spam folder.

• Improved: the website and your account area show friendly pages for common errors.

You can now join the FreshStore affiliate programme from your account. You get your own referral link to share, and a page that tracks your clicks and the commissions you earn. When you have earned enough, you can request a payout from the same page.

You can now open your earlier support tickets and live chats from the help button in your account. Look back at answers you have had before, follow up on an old conversation, or check what you already asked, without searching your email.

• Improved: if you already have an account, checkout asks you to log in instead of creating a second account.

• Fixed: AI Chips sometimes showed as expired too early, and chips were not always allocated correctly.
• Improved: settings changes show straight away, because the cache clears when you save. Automatic meta creation is also better.
• Improved: you can delete an AI article before it finishes generating.
• Improved: product imports finish faster.
• Fixed: logging in on stores hosted on a subdomain did not work.
• Fixed: saving offers, and pages for expired products, did not work properly.
• Fixed: two pages could end up sharing the same URL. Slugs are now tidied and kept unique.

Your account now has pages for the extras you own. Premium members can find their image packs, training and VIP support in one place. Reseller licence holders get their toolkit and training. A new Other Purchases page lists the older Fresh Labs products you bought, so you can still get to them.

If you were a Fresh Cloud member, your account has been upgraded to FreshStore at no cost. You log in with the same email and password as before. You can choose to migrate your existing Fresh Cloud stores to FreshStore, and we have emailed you the steps. Fresh Cloud is closing in the coming weeks, so please decide soon and reply to that email if you need help.

You can now try FreshStore free before you pay. A free trial gives new members full access to the platform, AI tools included, so you can build your first store, add products and write content before you choose a plan.

You can now buy extra AI Chip packs when your monthly AI Chips run low. A new AI Chips page in your account shows the packs you have, how many chips are left and what you have used, so you can top up before a big writing session and keep your AI tools running.

Your AI use is now counted in AI Chips. Chips sit on your account and every store draws from the same balance, so you can spend more AI on the store that needs it most. Your plan tops up your chips each month, and you can see your balance in the store admin and in your account area.

After four weeks of opening in limited waves, the new FreshStore is now open to everyone. The first members helped shape the platform with their feedback and their stores. Anyone can now join and build AI powered affiliate stores. Thank you to everyone who joined in those first weeks.
