The Launch Plan widget on your store dashboard now shows your next unfinished step as a button.
Click it to go straight to that task, instead of reading through the whole plan to find where you left off. As you finish each step, the button moves on to the next one.
When you update your payment details in your account, you can now choose card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Pick the method that suits you and save it in a few clicks, without needing a new card to hand. Your account carries on as normal with the new payment method.
Phones and tablets now get a smaller version of your homepage hero image instead of the full size file.
The hero is the first thing visitors see, so it now appears sooner on mobile connections, while desktop visitors still get the full size image. There is nothing for you to change or upload again.
On product pages, the whole offer box is now the affiliate link, not just the button inside it.
Visitors who click anywhere in the box go straight to the merchant, with your affiliate tag in place. A bigger target is easier to tap on phones and means fewer missed clicks. This change came from a member request.
We tightened the steps that run while a store is being built, so there is less waiting between creating a store and seeing it live. The change applies to every new store you create from your account, and there is nothing for you to change.
Your store's contact and newsletter forms now catch more spam on their own, so fewer junk messages and fake sign-ups reach you. Real visitors fill the forms in exactly as before.
Store pages now tell browsers and our delivery network how long they can keep a copy of each page.
Visitors who come back, or who browse from page to page, get pages sooner because their browser and the nearest server already hold a fresh copy. Faster pages help visitors stay and browse. There is nothing for you to set up.
AI images in your store now come from a newer image model. You get more realistic lighting and textures, images that fit your niche better, more variety from one image to the next, and faster results.
The upgrade covers every place FreshStore creates images for you: articles, products, categories, homepage heroes and logos. You create images the same way as before.
Category Populators now run on a steadier schedule for each store, so new products arrive when you expect them.
Each populator also shows how many products it has added, when it last ran, and an activity log of its recent runs. You can see at a glance which populators are working well and which need a new keyword or merchant.
Automatic renewal now covers every domain you register through FreshStore. Until now some domains were left out and needed watching by hand. Each one now renews on its own, with the same reminder email a week before, so none of your store addresses lapse by accident.
Product prices and products on sale are now fetched fresh as each page loads, so visitors see the latest price from the merchant rather than one saved earlier.
This keeps the prices and deals on your storefront accurate, even when merchants change them often.
Stores now keep a ready copy of the information they show most often, so category pages, menus and article pages load faster, especially on larger stores.
Visitors wait less for each page, which helps them stay and browse. Nothing needs setting up: every store got the speed boost automatically.
Tools such as ChatGPT, TikTok and SEO crawlers can read your store again.
Some of these services had been blocked from visiting stores, which could stop link previews, AI answers and SEO tools from seeing your pages. They are now allowed in, so your store previews properly when shared, can be picked up by AI search, and can be checked by the SEO tools you use.
Every store now checks visitors before a page loads and turns away bad bots and junk traffic. Real shoppers are not affected.
This keeps your store fast when bots arrive in bulk, and keeps your visitor stats closer to the real people who came to shop. There is nothing to set up: it is on for every store.
AI images are now created in the background. When you ask for new images, you can carry on editing or move to another page while they generate, instead of waiting on the screen.
The images appear in your store as soon as they are ready, so a big batch of images no longer holds up the rest of your work.
FreshStore now finds more exact matching offers for each product in your store.
The matching was improved so the same product is recognised in more merchant listings. Visitors get more offers to compare on each product page, and you get more ways to earn from each visit, with nothing to set up.
AI image generation now uses a newer image model. Images for your products and articles come out sharper, more relevant to the subject, and more consistent in style across your store.
Nothing changes in how you create them: use the same image tools as before and the new model is used automatically.
Every plan now includes more monthly AI Chips for each store, so you can write more products, articles and images before you need a top up. AI Chip packs were also simplified, which makes it easier to see which pack suits you when you want more.
The Amazon Link Importer has been rebuilt. Paste product links or ASINs, in any mix, and the importer adds them to your store.
It now shows the status of every link as it works, so you can see at a glance which products were added and which need another look. You no longer need to guess whether a long list of links all came through.
The Category Builder has been rebuilt. Tell it your niche and it suggests a full set of categories and subcategories, then creates them in your store.
It is a quick way to give a new store a complete, sensible structure, ready for products and content, or to fill gaps in the categories of a store you already run.
Stores now load faster and score better in Google PageSpeed. Speed work across the storefront cut load times, and stores now serve optimised versions of their images, so pages show sooner, especially on phones.
Faster pages keep visitors around and help your search rankings. You do not need to change anything: optimised images are created for every store automatically.
Product Finder has been rebuilt. Search merchants straight from your store admin, tick the products you want from the results, and import them into one or more categories in one go.
Only the products you select are added, so you stay in control of what appears in your store while still filling categories quickly.
Schema markup now covers more of your store. Your pages, categories, brands and article categories now carry structured data that helps search engines understand them and show rich results.
A new rich results check explains in plain English what each page tells search engines and whether anything needs attention.
Each merchant now has its own settings page in your store admin. Go to Settings > Affiliate Settings and pick Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart or AliExpress to set that merchant's tracking details and link options in one place, without scrolling past the others. Amazon also has its own Advanced Settings section.
When you add store licences to your plan, the extra monthly AI Chips that come with them now land in your account straight away. Before, they waited until your next renewal. You can start using the new chips on your new stores the moment you upgrade.
The Instant Stores page on the FreshStore website now shows every Instant Store available, each with a screenshot, so you can see what a store looks like before you choose it.
Your store now cleans up after itself. Expired offers and ended eBay auctions delete themselves, products left with no offers are hidden from visitors, and images from expired offers are kept so product pages still look complete.
New Instant Stores now rewrite their product content when they are created, so every store starts with its own product text rather than copies shared with other stores.
