You can now get instant answers from the help button. Ask a question and it replies straight away using our guides, so common questions about setting up and running your store are answered in seconds, at any time of day.
If the answer does not solve it, you can reach a real person from the same window.
You can now catch up on FreshStore once a month with FreshBrief, a member email with product updates, new features, tips and success stories from other store owners.
The first issue went out in August 2025. You can choose which emails you receive from the Emails page in your account area.
Your store dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up.
Menus are grouped so tools are easier to find, and a global search jumps straight to any product, article or setting. You also get notifications, a Deleted tab to restore items you removed, a warning before you leave a page with unsaved changes, and help links beside each section. Advanced Mode shows extra options when you want them, and the whole dashboard supports dark mode.
You can now change every piece of wording on your storefront. The new Text pages in your store admin list the labels, buttons, headings and messages your store shows visitors, and let you replace any of them with your own words.
Use it to match your store's tone, translate phrases for your audience, or fix wording that does not suit your niche.
You can now tidy your store in one click with Store Cleaner. It removes expired offers, products that no longer have any offers, and brands and categories with nothing in them, so visitors only see items they can actually buy.
A new Article Images tool also lists the articles that are missing images, so you can add them where they are needed.
You can now make a logo for your store with the AI Logo Designer. Describe what you want, such as colours, shapes or a feel that suits your niche, and it creates a logo on a transparent background, ready to use in your store.
Try again with new instructions until you find one you like. The tool launched as an experimental feature, so results can vary.
You can now manage your store's look from one Design section. It brings together your logo, store icon, colour scheme and fonts, with a live preview of fonts as you choose them.
Global images, with optional links, and your product page design sit in the same section, so you no longer need to hunt through settings to change how your store looks.
You can now edit your store's robots.txt file from the Traffic settings in your store admin.
The robots.txt file tells search engines and other crawlers which pages they may visit. Most stores never need to change it, but you can now add your own rules, for example to keep a section out of search results.
You can now keep up with your store from the notifications in your store admin.
You are notified when new articles are published, when visitors check out their cart, when someone clicks one of your affiliate links, and when a message arrives through your contact form. It is an easy way to see your store working without digging through reports.
You can now follow a Launch Plan on your store dashboard. It is an interactive checklist that takes you through each step of launching a store, in order.
Steps tick themselves off as you complete them, so you can always see how far you have come and what to do next. New members get a clear path from a fresh store to one that is ready for visitors.
You can now repair pictures that look wrong with the Image Fixer tool. If product or article images appear stretched, blurry or too small, Image Fixer recreates the image sizes your store uses, so pictures display properly again.
Run it from the tools in your store admin whenever images look off.
Every product category and article category now has its own RSS feed.
Use a category feed to share just one part of your store, for example to post new products from one category to social media automatically, feed a newsletter tool, or let other sites pick up your latest articles. Feeds update as you add new products and articles.
You can now see where your visitors come from with the new analytics in your store admin.
Reports break your traffic down by page, traffic source, country and device over any date range you choose, and you can export the data. Use it to spot which pages and sources bring visitors, and where to focus your next articles.
You can now show an author on your articles. Set a default author for the whole store, or choose a different author for each article.
You also decide what appears with each article: the author, the date and its categories can each be shown or hidden. A named author helps readers trust your content.
You can now see how your store earns in the new Sales section. It shows your affiliate link clicks, cart checkouts and estimated commissions, and the key numbers also appear on your store dashboard.
Use it to see which products and pages send buyers to merchants, and which deserve more promotion.
You can now write an article about any product already in your store with Product Booster. Pick a product and it writes a unique article about it, focused on helping readers decide to buy, ready to publish.
Use it to give your best products extra content and more ways for search engines and readers to find them.
You can now turn any product link into a full review article with the Product Review Writer. Paste a link to a product, including ClickBank products, and it writes a complete review ready to publish in your store.
It is a fast way to promote products you have not imported as store items, and to add helpful buying content to your niche.
You can now write all the content for a brand or category with one action, instead of item by item.
Lock dates stop AI from overwriting content you have edited yourself, so your changes stay put. When you add images, a two step picker lets you search for free images and choose the one you want.
The AI Article Writer has been rebuilt so you can create several articles at once.
It suggests topic ideas, lets you set an SEO keyword, categories and an author, and adds images automatically or uses one shared image across the batch. Products from your store can be embedded in each article, so readers can go straight from the content to the products.
Domains you register through FreshStore can now renew automatically, so your store address does not lapse by accident. You get a reminder email a week before each renewal, and registration invoices now name the domain they are for, which makes your records easier to follow.
You can now research keywords for your niche without leaving your store. The new AI Keyword Research page suggests lists of keywords around your niche or a topic you enter, so you can plan articles, categories and product pages around what people actually search for.
Use the ideas as article topics, or as the SEO keyword when you write with the AI Article Writer. The guide walks through each option.
You can now open a page for each of your subscriptions. It shows the subscription's status and key dates, with buttons to upgrade, reactivate or see your trial options, so you can manage each plan on its own. Open it from your account area.
You can now see every product that is missing content in one list. The Product Content Checker flags products without subtitles, link titles or other content fields, so you can fill the gaps quickly instead of opening products one by one.
You can now choose which countries your store serves and the language its AI writes in. Visitors get a country menu to pick their country, and your AI content, from articles to product text, is written in the language you choose. Set both in your store settings.
You can now give your store a full shopping cart. Visitors add several products to one cart as they browse, then check out together, including through Amazon checkout. It is optional, so you can turn it on for stores where shoppers tend to buy more than one item.
You can now regenerate the AI content for every product in your store from one page, instead of opening each product in turn. Use it after you change your store's niche or tone, or to bring older products up to date with the latest AI writing.
You can now keep categories stocked automatically. Set up a Category Populator with a search and your price rules, and it looks across merchants for matching products and adds new ones to the category on a schedule. Your categories keep growing with fresh products without you adding each one by hand.
You can now use Amazon Add to Cart links on your store. Instead of opening the product page, the buy button adds the product to the shopper's Amazon cart. Items in a cart keep your affiliate cookie for longer than a normal link, so you can earn from purchases made days later. It is an optional link type you turn on.
You can now find and fix broken images in one place. The new Broken Images page finds images that are missing from your store and repairs offer images, so your product pages look complete again. Run it any time images go missing, for example after a merchant removes a picture.
You can now search a free stock photo library and add images to your articles, categories and pages without leaving your store admin. Find a photo, pick it, and it is added to your content, with no downloading and uploading.
